The Swear Jar

About
Srdjan Delić is a Mobile Product Owner and Product Engineer with over twenty years in software development. Based in Serbia, working with international clients, he has shipped products across Android, iOS, MERN fullstack, and Web3, taking them from initial spec through engineering, release, and post-launch.
His career covers Lead Mobile Developer and Senior Android Engineer roles at companies including Intellex, Comtrade CT360, Digital Bridges, and ESAR. Client work includes Telenor, VIP Mobile, NIS, and Porr Group, alongside independent products: a Smart IPTV platform (Orion Box / Laki) and vInci, an EU AAL-funded elderly-care platform.
Outside engineering, Srdjan is an author and mentor. His book Your IT Career: Start, Grow, and Thrive in the Tech Industry is aimed at developers looking to take control of their career direction.
